Braswell’s Community Convalescent is an 82 bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility, located ten miles east of Redlands Community Hospital and fourteen miles east of Loma Linda University Medical Center. Our facility is one of a few that have a 40 bed secured unit for our Dementia and Alzheimer’s residents, which have the potential to wander. This provides them with a safe and secure environment. Our professional staff is dedicated to providing person-centered care to our residents, rehabilitative treatment, and progressive restorative services in a warm, friendly home-like setting and atmosphere that maximizes comfort, provides support, and encourages independence.
When home is no longer the best option, Braswell’s Community Convalescent strives to provide “Quality Care with Love” in a warm and friendly environment.

“I feel that the staff at Community are very friendly & care about the patients. The Activity Director works hard for the patients. Sue, the Social Worker works above and beyond the call of duty for the patients. Keep up the good work!!”

“A word of gratitude, we cannot express in words how much we appreciate the warmth & love given our beloved brother in his time of need. We would like to tell the whole world how wonderful Braswell’s is! How everyone showed him tenderness & understanding!
There is not enough room on this paper to hold all the appreciation we have for your staff and personnel!”
